摘要
传统的情绪劳动研究只集中于服务行业,没有对生产制造业员工的情绪劳动进行研究。本文对132名新生代生产型员工的岗位情绪认知、情绪感受以及情绪控制程度进行了数据分析,结果发现,生产型员工也存在情绪劳动,但其情绪劳动表现方式有别于服务业员工。
Traditional emotional labor studies focused only on service industry, but there was no study worked on manufacturing employees. In this paper, worker's job emotional cognition, emotional experience and emotion control of 132 post-80s-based new generation staff was studied by data analysis, and found that manufacturing employees also have emotional labor, but its expression is different from service staff.
