摘要
"新常态"背景下,学科交叉研究日益突出,在生态学跨学科分析框架下进行中小企业新生代员工人力资源管理研究具有重要的价值意义。"新常态"对中小企业新生代员工人力资源的生态多样性、生态风险、界面管理以及全面管理方面产生了多种生态影响。中小企业可采取人力资源生态圈模式、生态调适模式、生态位模式、生态链模式、生态学习模式,提高新生代员工人力资源管理水平。
Under the background of 'new normal', interdisciplinary research is becoming more and more outstanding, and it is of great signifi cance to research human resource management of new generation of migrant staff in the framework of ecological interdisciplinary analysis. The new normal has larger ecological infl uence on the ecological diversity, ecological risk, interface management and comprehensive management of human resource of new generation of migrant staff in small and medium enterprises. Small and medium enterprise can take human resource ecological circle mode, ecological adjustment mode, ecological niche mode, ecological chain mode, ecological learning mode to improve human resource management of new generation of migrant staff level.
