东莞市人力资本水平与经济增长的相关性研究

The Relationship Study of the Level of Human Capital and Economic Growth in Dong Guan City

在对该研究领域的文献进行综述的基础上,课题组借鉴最新研究成果,对人力资本水平的含义进行了清晰地界定,并对东莞人力资本水平的替代变量民办高等教育与经济增长的计量关系进行了解析。根据统计学与计量经济学原理,合理地选取表示东莞市人力资本、人力资本水平的方法与样本数据,采用全要素经济增长模型,对东莞市的经济总量与生产投入要素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,东莞市的人力资本水平与区域经济总量具有高度正相关性;根据模型中变量的经济含义,提出了广东省东莞市两级政府加大对民办高等教育财政投入的相关政策建议。

From the concept of human capital and human capital level beginning, the article reviews the literature of the study of human capital and economic growth; selects the data level of human capital, human capital in Dong Guan city, uses all elements of the model of economic growth in Dong Guan's economy and production input factors for empirical analysis. Results show that the Level of human capital and the regional economy is highly positive correlation in Dong Guan city. According to the economic meaning of the variables in the model, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
