摘要
随着劳资冲突的日益加剧,维护社会稳定、构建和谐劳资关系刻不容缓。本文以劳资关系的经典模型——桑德沃模型为依托,借鉴生物学角度的适应度景观模型,构建了劳资关系与社会发展的NK模型。模型从经济因素、社会因素以及个人需要三个方面,对2012年、2013年我国31个省、市、自治区的劳动争议与经济发展进行实证分析。结果表明,不同省市地区目前所处的状态不同,结合模型结果及各省市地区实际情况,为后期和谐劳资关系的构建路径选择提出有建设性的建议。
The conflict between labor and capital is increasingly aggravated. It is urgent to keep social stability and build a harmonious labor-capital relation. Based on the classical Sandver model, the paper constructs a NK model exploring the relationship between labor-capital relation and social development, which is referred to the Fitness Landscape Approach biologically. Then an empirical study of labor dispute and economic development of 31 provinces in China in year 2012 and 2013 from three different respects, namely economic factors, social factors and individual need. And the result shows that the labor-capital relation state varies among different provinces. Thus based on the conclusion from the model and the actual fact in every district, some constructive advice is rendered to choose the path of building a harmonious labor-capital relation lately.
