摘要
本文以江苏省高新技术开发区的创业团队为样本,先后探讨了一种新型的领导风格——包容型领导的三个维度与团队绩效的相关关系,并将团队沟通作为调节变量。采用问卷调查的方式收集了483份问卷,并运用多元层次回归的方法探究其内在作用机制。结果表明,包容型领导和团队沟通对团队绩效均具有显著的正向作用;团队沟通显著调节包容型领导对团队绩效的影响作用。
The abnormal turnover of retail chain employees has become a bottleneck restricting the development of retail chain in Guangdong Province. The job satisfaction selected as a mediator, with a 190-employee research sample, the infl uence mechanism of organizational socialization tactics(OST) on grass-roots employee turnover is explored through mathematical analysis method. It is found that the infl uence of job satisfaction on turnover intention is signifi cantly negative correlation, and OST have a signifi cant effect on employees' job satisfaction, but in the aspect of statistical signifi cance and economic signifi cance, content strategies and social strategies is of signifi cance, while situational strategies are not signifi cant. Job satisfaction plays a partial mediating effect between OST and turnover intention. The employee turnover rate can be reduced if the enterprises pay more attention to employee job satisfaction.
