摘要
人力资源发展涉及专业知识、身体素质和心理素质等多个多方面,对于提升人的综合素质具有重要的意义。人力资源水平的提升会从提高劳动者对社会的适应能力、人际关系的处理能力、心理素质等多个方面和谐劳动关系。实际上,劳动关系发生矛盾的主体是人,这涉及的也是人力资源问题。因此,人力资源的全面发展,有利于缓和劳动关系矛盾。为此,本文以现实案例为基础,深入分析当前人力资源的内涵以及影响劳动力关系的因素,探索人力资源发展对于构建和谐劳动关系的作用机理。
Human resource development involves many aspects of expertise, such as physical and mental qualities, for enhancing the overall quality has important signif icance. Enhance the level of human resources will improve many aspects of labor's ability to adapt to society, interpersonal capabilities, psychological quality and harmonious labor relations. In fact the main labor relations conflict is human, but also human resource issues that involved. Therefore, the full development of human resources, labor relations conducive to ease the contradiction. In this paper, based on a realistic case-depth analysis of the connotation of the current human resources and the factors affecting labor relations, human resource development and to explore the mechanism of action for building a harmonious labor relations.
