摘要
国家之间综合实力的竞争归根结底是人力资源管理质量与水平的竞争。在经济全球化背景下,如何加快我国企业人力资源管理的步伐,提升企业的核心竞争力已成为亟待解决的问题。本文首先分析经济全球化背景下企业人力资源管理所面临的问题,并探究其未来发展趋势,最后提出改善我国企业人力资源管理的优化路径。
The comprehensive strength of the competition between countries is actually a competition in human resources management quality and level. Under the background of economic globalization, how to accelerate the pace of the human resource management in our country, improve the quality has become a problem to be solved. This paper analysis the human resources management faces under the background of economic globalization, and explore the future development trend, and the path is put forward to improve the management of human resources in optimization, in order to promote the social overall quality improvement.
