河北省农村劳动力就地转移影响因素研究——基于Logistic模型的分析

Research on the Influence Factors of Rural Labor Transfer on Site in Hebei Province Based on Logistic Regression

河北省作为农业大省,农村人口占比较重,解决好农民最关心的就业问题成为战略发展重中之重。在建设社会主义新农村的形势和背景下,实现农村劳动力就地转移对于加快河北省由农业大省向农业强省转变具有重要的现实意义。本文基于对河北省的抽样调查数据,科学应用Logistic回归模型对影响农村劳动力"就地转移"的因素进行实证分析,并根据研究结果提出有针对性的对策建议,促进河北省农村劳动力合理有序就地转移。

As a major agricultural province, Hebei has a large proportion of rural population. Solving the problem of employment which the farmers are most concerned has become a strategic development priority. Under the situation and background of building a new socialist countryside, rural labor transfer on site has an important practical significance to accelerate Hebei Province shift from a big agricultural province to a powerful agricultural province. Based on the sample survey data of Hebei Province, this paper scientifically applicates Logistic regression model to analyze the factors that affect the rural labor transfer on site, and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions according to the research results, then promotes rural labor to transfer on site rationally and orderly in Hebei province.
