摘要
组织承诺理论对和谐劳动关系构建而言具有很好的解释和启示作用。依据组织承诺理论,和谐劳动关系构建过程中存在着诸多现实困境,主要表现为和谐劳动关系缺少情感基础、动力机制、约束机制、物质条件和信用保障等。因此,需要营造和谐工作环境,设立合理的评价标准;创新人才激励政策,拓宽人才晋升空间;丰富组织文化内容,加强责任道德培养;优化薪酬福利体系,转换绩效形式;建立沟通协商机制,畅通信息渠道,最终实现和谐劳动关系。
The theory of organizational commitment has a good explanation and Enlightenment for the construction of harmonious labor relations. According to organizational commitment theory, many practical difficulties exist in the process of harmonious labor relations is established, mainly the lack of emotional foundation, dynamic mechanism, constraint mechanism, physical conditions and credit guarantee of harmonious labor relations.
