员工差异化需求的激励机制博弈研究

Study on the Game of Incentive Mechanism considering Differential Demands

摘要 企业中因员工需求层次不同而常出现"搭便车"现象,这种现象直接影响了企业激励机制的有效性。本文通过对影响高级需求层次员工和低级需求层次员工劳动积极性的因素进行分析以及构建两者之间的博弈论模型,得到了企业中低需求层次员工"搭便车"的原因;通过改变博弈模型中的不同变量,博弈模型中的纯Nash均衡点移动,从而分析出改变低级需求层次员工工作积极性的因素,得出调动低级需求层次员工的积极性可以通过"物尽其用、人尽其才",引进先进的设备以及通过提升企业核心竞争力等措施。 The phenomenon of free riding which caused by the different hierarchy of needs in the enterprise has a direct impact on the effectiveness of incentive mechanism. Based on the analysis of the inf luence factors which effect the enthusiasm of employees and the game model is constructed. Then, by changing the different variables in this game model, the Nash equilibrium transferred. It is concluded that making efforts to fully display the talents and advantages, introducing advanced equipment and improving core competitiveness of corporation can arouse the enthusiasm of employees.
