基于创业生态环境营造的创业成功影响因素研究——以泉州市为例

Based on the Entrepreneurship Research to the Inf luential Factors of Ecological Environment Construction of Entrepreneurial Success——in Quan Zhou City as an Example

2016年,两会指出,要发挥大众创业、万众创新和"互联网+"集众智汇众力的乘数效应,大众创业、万众创新是新形势下扩大就业的新引擎。通过对泉州市创业者特征和环境的分析,发现创业成功的影响因素主要是政策和教育环境。本研究从三个方面提出可行性的政策建议:建立社会协同机制,营造良好的创业生态环境;提升创新创业教育质量,打造专业化创业服务;跨界整合资源,有效推动青年积极参与。

Public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation is a new engine under the new situation of expanding employment, entrepreneurship has become the sustainable economic development, social stability strong driving force. In this paper, through the analysis of the characteristics of quanzhou entrepreneur and the environment, explore the main factors which inf luence the inf luence of entrepreneurial success is policy and education environment. Finally put forward some feasible countermeasures of from three aspects: the establishment of a social coordination mechanism, create a good business ecological environment; Improving the quality of creative education, build specialized business services; Cross-border integration of resources, effectively promote the youth to actively participate in.
