摘要
2015年,中国的经济发展进入新常态,企业面临着转型升级等诸多挑战。在新型城镇化进程中,外来务工人员大量进入城市,为城镇地区的工业发展注入了新鲜的血液。但与此同时也引发了一系列的劳动纠纷,使劳动者工作的积极性降低从而影响了企业的生产效率,不利于中国城镇化进程的推进。本文分析了嘉兴城镇化进程中劳动关系现状,而且进一步分析城镇化进程中劳动关系存在的不和谐因素并找出问题所在,有针对性地从政府、企业、监管部门等三个层面分别给出政策建议。
The year 2015 has witnessed the new normal in Chinese economy and an array of challenges such as business transformation and upgrading confronted by many enterprises. In the process of modern urbanization, a substantial number of migrant workers surge into the cities to pump fresh blood into the development of urban industries. On the other hand, it has also triggered a wide spectrum of labor disputes and inf luenced enterprises' productivity by reducing the working enthusiasm of employees, which is adverse to the advancement of China's urbanization. This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of the harmonious labor relations in the process of Jiaxing's urbanization and existing factors of disharmony in the labor relations in the process of its urbanization in order to find the figure out where the problem lies so that the author could give specific suggestions respectfully from the perspective of government, enterprises and supervision department.
