摘要
随着岗位绩效工资制度在各高校推行,高校教师开始关注绩效和绩效工资。各高校都根据岗位性质和特点实行分类管理,建立基于岗位职责、工作业绩和实际贡献的绩效工资制度。可是高校教师岗位、工作的特殊性在具体的实践中,还存在着一些不完善的地方,最突出的是工资收入不能反映岗位贡献。为此,要完善高校教师的岗位绩效工资制度,必须与岗位、岗位职责和岗位贡献建立联系,真正贯彻"多劳多得、优劳优酬"的分配原则。
As the application of the merit pay in higher school, many teachers concern about the performance and he merit pay. Many higher schools established classif ication according to the position, and payof f according to contribution. But in fact, there are some problems, such as the salary given to teacher is not equal to the contribution. So the merit pay must base on on duty and performance, work more and get more.
