International Comparative Study of College Students Employment Service Supply

大学生就业已成为社会关注热点,不仅我国面临大学生就业难的困境,这一问题曾经在西方多国同样存在,这些国家通过不断探寻解决措施,有效地缓解了大学生就业难问题。西方发达国家主要通过制定多方协同的、以政府与高校为主导的以及以市场调节为导向的大学生就业服务供给模式,对大学生就业率的提高起了重要作用。

Student employment was one of the social problem that has been arousing general concern. It is not only the problem our country have to face, but also western countries. They provided a variety of employment services by easing the diffi cult problem of student employment. They explored the development of a multiparty collaboration,through to government and university-led and market-oriented college graduates employment service supply mode'which played a major role in improving the employment rate of university students. Therefore, we should actively seek to learn from western countries student employment service work, in order to solve problems that we are currently facing.
