江苏省失业保险基金的地区性差异研究

Research on Regional Difference of Unemployment Insurance Fund in Jiangsu Province

不同地区之间失业保险的收支情况存在差异。以江苏省为例,采用极差、标准差、变异系数、泰尔指数等指标,分析江苏省典型地区失业保险基金的地区性差异,进而利用相关性分析研究了地区经济发展水平、劳动力结构、居民生活水平、参保比例对失业保险基金的影响。研究结果表明:江苏省内失业保险基金收入的地区性差异不断缩小,经济发展水平和居民生活水平是影响失业保险基金地区性差异的重要因素。

Income and expenditure of unemployment insurance fund in different region is varied, Based on the data of Jiangsu Province, this article analyzed the regional variation of unemployment insurance foundation, by the method of range value, standard deviation, coeffi cient variation and Theil index. This article also analyzed the relationships between unemployment insurance fund and economic performance, labor force structure, participates ratio by the method of correlation analysis. It found that regional difference of unemployment insurance income has gradually decreased. Economic development level and residents living standard have greater influences on the regional differences of unemployment insurance Fund than other factors.
