摘要
企业是人力资源服务业机构的主体,本文聚焦于人力资源服务企业的发展现状,采用问卷调查的方式收集数据及信息,探究其当前存在的问题。结果显示,当前我国开展高端业务的人力资源服务企业比例已较高,且与劳务派遣等传统业务比较,其营业收入、经营效率发展较为平稳;当前我国人力资源服务企业面临着低资质企业扰乱市场秩序、同质服务竞争激烈、企业创新能力弱,以及小微企业从传统业务向高端业务转型困难等难题,同时部分企业也存在人工成本攀升、"营改增"加大税收负担等压力。本文针对人力资源服务企业所做的问卷调查研究弥补了从企业方开展研究的空白。针对分析结论给出一些政策建议。
Corporations are the main part of all the human resource service institutions. This paper focus on the development situation of the human resource service corporations in China, and sample survey method was used for collecting information and data from the sample corporations. The results show that the proposition of corporations which operating high-end business is rather high in China and the revenue of these business are performed well; the problems which the corporations facing with are corporations with poor quality disturbing the order of the market, fierce competition between the same quality services, the corporations lacking of innovation abilities. The method used in this paper fill the blank of doing research from the perspective of corporations. In the end, we showed some suggestions to help tackle the questions above.
