摘要
本文首先回顾了典型国家企业劳资协商机制的发展历程,然后分别梳理总结了德国、荷兰、英国、日本、韩国的企业劳资协商机制的运行规则和实施状况。在此基础上,总结这五个国家企业劳资协商机制的共性和差异,同时分析影响企业劳资协商机制运行的主要因素。
This article reviews the development of consultation mechanism between the workers and the employers in enterprises in the typical countries, then summarizes the operating rules and implementation status of consultation mechanism in enterprises in Germany,Netherlands, Britain, Japan, South Korea.On this basis, this article summarizes the similarities and differences of consultation mechanism in enterprises in the f ive countries,at the same time, analyses the main factors influencing the operation of enterprise bargaining mechanism. According to the actual national conditions of our country and research results, several pertinent suggestions on establishing and improving consultation mechanism in enterprises in our country are put forward at the end of this paper.
