摘要
为了研究工会参与对工作满意度的影响,笔者基于在深圳市某区工作质量调查的大样本数据,利用统计学方法,探究工会参与对员工工作满意度的影响。结果显示,工会参与对员工工作满意度影响显著,参与工会样本组和未参与工会样本组在工作满意度上存在显著差异,但对组成工作总满意度的各因素影响程度存在差异,工会参与和工作满意度具有正相关关系,但对组成工作总满意度的各子因素影响存在一定差异。以上述规律为基础,进一步探讨促进我国工会发展的措施和方法,为工会参与能进一步提高工作满意度提供了理论依据。
The paper investigated the effect of union participation on job satisfaction.Using data from Working Quality Survey of Shenzhen,the paper analyzed the relationship between union participation and job satisfaction(including overall satisfaction and satisfaction with pay,working environment,rules and regulations,position,working hours,interpersonal relationship).The result shows that there is a marked difference between people participated union activities and those who never participated union activities.The paper also explores difference degree among different satisfaction content.The suggestion of union development proposed on basis of result laid basis for improvement of job satisfaction.
