近年来,"延迟退休年龄"成为中国社会保障改革领域热点,但具体方案尚未公布,在此情况下,总结延长退休年龄改革的国际经验对我国开展相关改革十分重要。本文对较早开始延长退休年龄改革的主要发达国家的改革进行分析探讨,对我国制定合理有效的延迟退休年龄政策有一定的启示意义。

China is planning to carry out the retirement age reform during recent years,but do not have particular plan.It is very important for us to summarize the international experience about retirement age reform.This paper take the retirement age reform of developed countries as the research object,analyzing the background,effect and main measures,summarizing the successful experience,and to provide good example for the Chinese retirement age reform.
