城乡二元结构及其所局限的农耕文明是美丽乡村建设的主要障碍。建设美丽乡村,亟需拓展新时代的伦理容量,重构农业和乡村、城市耦合共生的伦理基础。中国乡土文明绵延五千年,持续发展的深层原因在于其所形塑的养人的能力、呵护土地和自然生态、涵养自然资源的生态伦理。美丽乡村建设需要未来指向的中国农业伦理学,其不仅强调农业和乡村的耦合共生关系及其相应的伦理关联,而且要求我们重新建立城市和乡村之间,以及与农业、乡村和自然之间的新道德关系,系统反思对子孙后代的责任和义务,负责任地进行现代农业创新和美丽乡村建设。农耕文明、草原文明、工业文明以及历史久远的狩猎文明中积淀形成的生态智慧和丰富的文化遗产,将借力于乡村振兴战略实施和美丽乡村建设的强劲动力,共同熔铸出现代"中华文明"的新形态。美丽乡村建设任重而道远,不仅需要生态观念和技术创新,而且需要生态智慧和新道德观念。

The urban-rural dual structure and the agricultural civilization limited by it are the main obstacles to beautiful countryside construction. To build beautiful countryside, expansion of the ethical capacity of the new era is need desperately and the ethical foundation of the coupling between agriculture, country and cities should be reconstructed. The deep reasons for the continuous development of China ’s 5 000-year history rural civilization are its ability to foster the people and the ecological ethics of conserving land, natural ecology and resources. Beautiful countryside construction requires future-oriented Chinese agricultural ethics, which not only emphasizes the coupling and symbiotic relationship and the corresponding ethical connection between agriculture and countryside, but also requires us to re-establish a new moral relationship between cities and countryside, us and agriculture as well as countryside and nature. We should systematically reflect on our responsibilities and obligations to future generations, and responsibly carry out modern agricultural innovation and beautiful countryside construction. With the strong impetus of rural revitalization strategy and beautiful countryside construction, a new form of modern Chinese civilization will be jointly forged by the ecological wisdom and rich cultural heritage of agricultural civilization, grasslands civilization, industrial civilization and hunting civilization. In this sense, beautiful countryside construction requires innovations not only in ecological concepts and technology, but also ecological wisdom and new moral values.
