摘要
组织间协同能够促进组织快速识别、获取外部资源的能力,同时将外部资源与自身资源进行整合创新,最终提升组织的竞争力。协同质量反映了组织通过协同合作所获得的协同增效的程度,对协同质量进行准确测量有助于组织客观地评估自身与外部组织协同合作的效率,为组织制定发展战略提供参考。本研究在Col-MM模型的基础上,提出了一种适用于组织层面的组织间协同质量的测量方法,通过创建组织间协同质量评价指标体系,本研究从组织协同的特征、组织协同的管理、组织协同的操作实施、信息和知识的管理、协同关系的管理五个维度对组织间协同质量进行分析和测量,拓展了协同成熟度模型的应用范围。
Inter-organizational collaboration enables corporations to quickly identify, obtain external resources, and integrate external with internal resources to boost competitiveness of corporations. Collaboration quality reflects the extent of effectiveness on collaborations among corporations. Measuring the collaboration quality helps to evaluate the efficiency of collaboration, and provides basis for a corporation’s strategydesign and development. Based on the Col-MM model in the literature, this study proposes a collaboration maturity model in the context of inter-organizational. Through the construction of evaluation system for inter-organizational collaboration, this study makes an analysis and measurement of the quality of interorganizational collaboration from such five dimensions as characteristics of organizational collaboration,collaboration management, implementation of collaboration, knowledge ane information management and collaboration relationship management, by which the scope of the application of the Col-MM model is extended.
