十年磨砺 汇英育才——兰州大学基础学科拔尖计划十年探索与实践

Ten Years' Cultivation of Talents: Exploration and Practice of Top-Notch Undergraduate Training Program in Basic Disciplines of Lanzhou University

拔尖计划人才培养是实现"中国梦"的历史要求。为了贯彻实施人才强国战略,培养基础学科领域具有国际一流水平的人才,2010年,兰州大学入选"基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划"实施学校。同年8月,兰州大学成立萃英学院专门负责实施拔尖计划。我国拔尖计划项目实施十年来,兰州大学在基础学科优秀学术人才成长的培养模式与方案、课程体系、科学研究与国际化培养平台,以及管理机制等方面进行了改革探索,初步建立起了一套培养体系和一批师资、课程资源,取得了较为显著的成绩。

Top talents training program meets the historical demand for realizing the"Chinese Dream". To implement the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development and cultivate worldclass talents in the basic disciplines, Lanzhou University was chosen as one of the pilot universities for"Top-Notch Student Training Program in Basic Disciplines"in 2010. In August of the year, Cuiying Honors College was established in Lanzhou University to carry out the Program. During the ten years of the implementation of the Program in China, Lanzhou University has reformed and explored in many aspects related to the growth of top academic talents in basic disciplines, including the training mode and plan, curriculum system, scientific research, international training platform and management mechanism. It has established a primary training system incorporating qualified faculties and an effective curriculum and gained remarkable achievements.
