摘要
知识时代和信息化社会对一流人才的培养提出新的诉求,深度学习能力持续受到关注。通过构建拔尖学生深度学习的结构方程模型,分析了课程要求、有效教学实践两个自变量,以及深度学习作为中介变量对教育收获的影响。对兰州大学萃英学院的206份样本进行实证分析,得出以下结果:2018年课程要求、有效教学实践、深度学习和教育收获得分比2015年取得了长足进步;富有挑战性的课程要求引导学生高阶思维的发展;有效教学实践促进学生学习投入度增加;学生良好的深度学习能力与科学的培养机制息息相关;学生实现真正的教育增值取决于师生共同配合;特色教学模式为"拔尖计划"2.0版新举措的顺利开展铺平了道路。总之,兰州大学萃英学院倡导的"导师制、精英化、国际化、个性化"的拔尖人才培养模式,助推了学生的成长与发展。
In the knowledge era and the information society, new demands for the cultivation of top talents have emerged and in-depth learning ability have aroused continuous concern. By constructing the structural equation model of top students' in-depth learning, this paper analyzes the two independent variables of curriculum requirements and effective teaching practice, and the impact of in-depth learning as mediator variable on the educational gains. The empirical analysis of 206 samples from Cuiying Honors College of Lanzhou University indicates the scores of the curriculum requirement, effective teaching practices, in-depth learning and educational gains in 2018 are much higher than that in 2015; challenging requirements for the courses develops students' advanced thinking and effective teaching practices promote students' learning engagement; students' good in-depth learning ability is closely related to the scientific training mechanism; the realization of real value-added education for students depends on the cooperation between teachers and students; and the distinctive teaching mode paves the way for the implementation of"Top-Notch Undergraduate Training Program 2.0". In conclusion, the"tutorial, meritocratic, internationalized and personalized"top talents training pattern advocated by Cuiying Honors College of Lanzhou University has promoted the students' growth and development.
