兰州大学“拔尖计划”人才培养质量研究——基于大学生学习投入、学习心理与学习收获的视角 被引量:7

摘要 构建由学习性投入、学习心理和学习收获三个维度构成的大学生学习质量基本模型,研究兰州大学拔尖计划人才培养质量。研究发现,拔尖计划学生在学习性投入、学习心理和学习收获三个量表得分均高于50分的中间观测水平,总体学习质量良好。拔尖计划学生在学习投入、学习心理和学习收获三个维度均显著高于普通大学生,拔尖计划实施效果显著。紧抓建设"双一流"大学、"拔尖计划2.0"版本以及"成都宣言"发布的契机,未来兰州大学拔尖计划人才培养应增强人才培养模式构成要素间的逻辑关联,重视教育过程的完整性与延续性,丰富课程形式,增强课程内涵,激发学生内在学习动力与潜力,提升学生学习力,继续创设有利于创新人才学习发展的校园环境,提高人才培养质量。 By constructing college students' basic learning model consisting of three dimensions: learning engagement, psychology and gains, this paper studies talents training quality of Top-Notch Undergraduate Training Program in Lanzhou University. The findings show that the scores of the top students of the Program are higher than the intermediate observation level of 50 scores in the three scales of learning engagement, psychology and gains, indicating the Program has achieved a good learning quality as whole.Also, these students got higher scales than other students in these three dimensions, indicating the Program is remarkably effective. Facing the opportunities of"double first-class"university construction,"Top-Notch Undergraduate Training Program2.0"and"Chengdu Declaration", Lanzhou University should strengthen the logical relationship among components of the talent training model and attach great importance to the educational integrity and continuity in top talents training. Besides, it needs to enrich the forms and connotations of the curriculum, inspire students' internal motivation and potential, promote their learning ability,create a campus environment conducive to the development of innovative talents and improve the quality of talents training.
