"三国志谋略"是抗战史研究中影响最为恶劣的谣言之一,其内容是抗战时期中共制订和实现了反日反蒋或联日反蒋的"三国志谋略"。剖析"三国志谋略",总括性的理清"三国志谋略"杜撰的脉络、内涵及特点,逐个予以分析,通过对中共洛川会议过程、决议,以及参会者的回忆录全面考证,戳穿他们编造的所谓中共制定或口头制定了"三国志谋略"的谣言;厘清潘汉年会见日汪的真相,诠释潘汉年案发生的原因,以确证毛泽东根本没有制定并实施所谓的"三国志谋略"的历史事实。

The ' Three Kingdoms Strategy' is one of the most influential rumors in the study of the history of the Anti-Japanese War. Its content is that the ' Three Kingdoms Strategy' was formulated and realized by the Communist Party of China against Chiang Kai-shek and Japanese or by the alliance of Japan against Chiang Kai-shek during the Anti-Japanese War. To analyze the rumor of the ' Three Kingdoms strategy',it is necessary to clarify the context,connotation and characteristics of the fabrication of ' Three Kingdoms strategy' in a general way,and then to analyze them one by one. Through a comprehensive textual research on the process,resolutions and memoirs of the participants in the Luochuan Conference of the CPC,it proves that it is a lie to say that 'Three Kingdoms' was made up by the CPC or formulated orally by them. The present paper also clarifies the truth of Pan Han-nian’s meeting with Wang Jingwei and to explain the causes of Pan Han-nian’s case,so as to ensure that Mao Zedong did not formulate or implement the so-called ' Three Kingdoms strategy'.
