摘要
以湖南人文科技学院为例,本科学生为研究对象,分析在校大学生创业教育满意度的影响因素。创业教育课程设置、创业教育课程教学、创业教育课外实践、创业教育实践平台,创业教育价值感知等五个因素都正向影响创业教育学生满意度,同时创业教育价值感知起中介作用。对创业教育学生满意度的影响程度由大到小的顺序是创业教育价值感知、创业教育课程教学、创业教育课外实践、创业教育课程设置、创业教育实践平台。为进一步提高创业教育学生满意度,提出了开展创新创业教育的宣传和动员工作,创业教育的理论教学需进一步与大学生创业实践紧密结合,配备既有创业理论知识又有实际管理经验的老师,继续加强创新创业教育实践平台建设等措施。
Taking Hunan University of Humanities,Science and Technology as an example and the undergraduate students as the research object,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of university students’ satisfaction on entrepreneurship education. Five factors,including course setting,course teaching,extracurricular practice,practice platform,and value perception of education entrepreneurship,positively affect the satisfaction of students,and the value perception of entrepreneurship education plays an intermediary role. The influence on students’ satisfaction ranks from value perception of education,course teaching,extracurricular practice,course setting to the practice platform of entrepreneurship education. In order to further improve students’ satisfaction on entrepreneurship education,the present paper puts forward to carry out the publicizing and mobilization work of innovative entrepreneurial education,and integrate theoretic teaching with entrepreneur practice. Meanwhile,teachers should be equipped with both theoretic knowledge and practical management experience of starting a business,and construction of platforms for innovative and entrepreneurship education should continue to be strengthened.
