摘要
以古代儒家修身思想为出发点,运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法对古代儒家修身方法对大学生素质教育的启示进行相关性研究。结果显示:古代儒家修身方法的文化内蕴体现在人性善恶论、正心诚意、内圣外王、慎独内省、博学笃行等五个维度。制约新时代大学生素质教育发展的桎梏在于当前素质教育观念滞后、素质教育理念脱轨、素质教育体系欠全等三个层面。鉴此,在新时代大学生素质教育中普及对古代儒家修身方法的学习,可以提高学生的自律能力,从自由散漫到为仁由己;培养学生的顽强信念,从信仰迷茫到内圣外王;增强学生的专业水准,从业疏才浅到博学识广;完善学生的道德修养,从冷漠无为到推己及人;超越学生的自我风采,从胸无大志到心忧天下,进而实现新时代大学生素质教育立德树人的目标。
Taking ancient Confucian self-cultivation as the starting point,this paper makes a relevant study and analysis on the enlightenment of ancient Confucian self-cultivation methods on the quality education of college students by means of literature and interview methods. The results show that the cultural connotation of ancient Confucian self-cultivation methods is embodied in five dimensions: the theory of good and evil of human nature,faithfulness,learning both sound in theory and practice,prudence and introspection,and knowledge and performance. The shackles that restrict the quality education of college students in the new era lie in the following three aspects,namely,lagging of the concept of quality education,disorbition of the idea of quality education,and lack of quality education system. In view of this,popularizing the study of ancient Confucian self-cultivation methods in the quality education of college students in the new era can improve students’ self-discipline ability,cultivate students’ tenacious beliefs,enhance students’ professional knowledge,promote students’ moral cultivation,and transcend students’ cognitive ability,so as to achieve the goal of quality-oriented education to strengthen moral education and cultivate college students in the new era.
