农村新建幼儿园教师职后培训需求的调查研究——以湖南省为例 被引量:2

Investigation and Research on the Needs of Training Post-Employed Teachers in Newly-Built Kindergartens in Rural Areas——A Case Study of Hunan Province

摘要 研究采用问卷法与访谈法对湖南省农村新建幼儿园教师进行访谈并发放培训需求调查问卷,问卷分别从培训内容、培训形式与培训者三个维度了解农村新建幼儿园教师的具体培训需求,并根据调查研究的结果从培训宏观层面与微观层面提出相应的培训建议。 Questionnaire and interview were applied to investigate teachers of newly-built kindergarten in rural areas of Hunan province. The needs of training post-employed teachers are surveyed respectively from training content,training forms and trainers.On the basis of the investigation result,relevant suggestions were put forward from macro level and micro level,and from the abovementioned three dimensions.
