抗战时期陕甘宁边区禁烟禁毒研究综述

A Research Summary on the Problem of the Prohibition Against Tobacco and Drugs in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border Region During the Anti-Japanese War

鸦片等毒品问题一直是困扰中国社会的一大"毒瘤",中国人民遭受鸦片等毒品毒害之深是世界上任何国家都无法比拟的。中共自成立以来,高度重视禁烟禁毒工作,即使抗战时期的陕甘宁边区处在日本侵略者的封锁包围之中,也不忘禁烟禁毒工作。边区人民在共产党人的领导下开展了轰轰烈烈的禁烟禁毒斗争,取得了光辉成就,由此引起广大学者的关注,并取得了显著的研究成果。

The opium and other drugs , as a major "cancer", have plagued Chinese society all along .Chinese people suffered from the opium and other drugs more than any other country did .Since the establishment of the CPC, the problem of the prohibition against tobacco and drugs has been paid much attention .Even during the Anti-Japanese War , the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region was blocked and surrounded by Japanese invaders , but the problem wasn't ignored .The government has led the people to carry out a vigorous struggle on the prohibi-tion against tobacco and drugs , making brilliant achievements , which aroused the majority of scholars'attention and achieved certain results .This paper attempts to summarize the present research results on this issue preparing for the later in-depth study and discussion .
