摘要
针对风电系统输出功率波动性和间歇性对电网电能质量及其稳定性的影响问题,本文通过在风电场交流侧配置储能电池,对储能系统的逆变器采取同步发电机模型的控制策略,将风电机组、储能电池及其逆变器组成的系统等效为同步发电机模型。该等效同步发电机模型及其控制策略能自动调节输出功率,维持系统频率与电压的稳定,使风电场向电网输送的功率平滑稳定。构建了由风力发电机组、储能电池及汽轮发电机组组成的系统仿真模型。仿真结果验证了所提出的控制策略的正确性和有效性。
To solve the problem of electric power quality and electric power network stability caused by the wind power output fluctuation and intermittent,this thesis studies the experiment of the synchronous gen-erator model which includes a wind power generator set,an energy storage battery at the generator set AC side,and its converter equal to synchronous to the model.The equivalent model of synchronous generator and its control strategy automatically adjust the output power to maintain the stability of electric power network frequency and voltage,and make the electric power supply from wind power generator set to elec-tric power network smooth and stable.The simulation results verify the proposed control strategy correct and effective.
