摘要 通过添加Ca CO3、Mg O、Fe2O3三种助熔剂,按不同质量比与煤灰混合,考察其对煤灰熔点的影响。结果表明:在弱还原性气氛下,添加一定量的助熔剂Ca CO3、Mg O和Fe2O3可使煤的灰熔点有不同程度的降低,当Ca CO3、Mg O和Fe2O3在煤灰中的含量占23%左右时灰熔点最低,继续添加则使煤灰熔点又开始上升。煤灰中助熔剂含量相同时,比较三种助熔剂的助熔效果,可以看出在还原性气氛条件下助熔剂CaCO3、Mg O对灰熔点影响较小,而Fe2O3对灰熔点影响较大,因此最适合做助熔剂的是Fe2O3,Ca CO3、Mg O不适合做助熔剂。 This study aims at finding out the influence of three fluxes including CaCO3 ,MgO,and Fe2 O3 on the coal ash fusion point when they are mixed with of different mass ratios with the ash.The results show that the coal ash fusion point drops differently when different amount of the three fluxes is added to it under the weak reducing atmosphere; the ash gets its lowest fusion point when the amount of the three agents mounts to 23%of the total is added to;and the point begins to rise when the amount of the fluxes is greater than 23%.Compared with three samples in which the same amount of the three agents is added separately to the same amount of the ash,it shows that Fe2 O3 decreases the ash fusion point much more than CaCO3 and MgO do.It is then concluded that Fe2 O3 is more workable than the other two as a flux agent.
