摘要
微店作为一种新兴的电子商务模式,它的兴起不仅给商家开辟了一条新的商品流通渠道,也给消费者带来了购物便利。可显在实践中,由于我国法律对微店模式中消费者的法律性质认定模糊、《消费者权益保护法》的漏洞,以致于无法保障微店模式下的消费者权益。文章通过分析原因并提出相应对策。
As a new mode of electronic commerce, the rise of has not only opened up a new commodity circula-tion channel for the merchants but also given consumers a convenient way of shopping.However, the consumers‘rights can not be well protected under such a mode because of the vague regulation to the legal nature of consum-ers’ rights and the vulnerabilities of Law on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers.This paper analy-zes the causes of the problems and puts forwards some solutions to them.
