摘要
采用集成红外传感器TN901、STC89C52单片机和外部显示器QC1602A设计一个较高精度的红外测温终端,给出了硬件设计原理和软件设计。该系统主要由热电传感器、显示输出等部分组成。单片机控制温度测量、接收测量数据、计算目标温度,通过LED显示结果。经验证,该终端的响应时间短,测量数据准确,实用价值高。
In this paper,an integrated infrared sensor TN901,STC89C52 single-chip and an external display QC1602 A are used to design a high precision non-contact infrared temperature measurement terminal for which the hardware design principles and software design are provided. The system mainly consists of a pyroelectric sensor,display and output etc. The single-chip can control the temperature measurement,receive the measurement data and calculate the target temperature,and the results are to be displayed through LED. Through verification,the terminal has quick responding,accurate measurement data and high value in practice.
