青藏高原东缘10种百合科物种幼苗建植过程

摘要 选择青藏高原东缘常见的10个百合科(Liliaceae)物种为研究对象,分析了不同光照强度下(全光照的4%、35%、67%、100%)幼苗的出苗率、存活率、建植率及其与种子大小的关系。结果显示:(1)光照强度对百合科植物出苗率与建植率的影响存在物种特异性,但对其幼苗的存活率均无显著影响;(2)在全光照条件下,小种子的死亡率相对较高;在非全光照条件(L4,L35和L67)下,大种子的建植率相对较高。种子大小与幼苗建植过程间的关系取决于光照强度。该结果对青藏高原东缘的百合科物种的引种和保护有一定的指导意义。 Ten common Liliaceae species from the eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau are chosen to test the relationship between the processes of seedling establishment( including seeding emergence,seeding survival and seeding establishment rate) and seed sizes under different light intensities( 100%,67%,35% and4% of full light). Results shows that( 1) the effects of light intensity on seeds emergence and establishment of the Liliaceae plants,not seeding survival,are species-specific;( 2) smaller seeds have much higher mortality rate than lager seeds under the full light,while larger seeds have much higher seeding establishment rate than smaller seeds under shading treatments. The results suggest that the relationship between seed size and the rate of seeding mortality and establishment be decided by light intensity. This study provides a theoretical guidance for the introduction and protection of Liliaceae species from the eastern the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
