摘要
本文分析了建筑垃圾掺合比对混凝土砌块质量的影响。通过设置五组建筑垃圾再生骨料对天然骨料的取代率,研究了建筑垃圾掺合比与混凝土砌块的物理力学性能及其与耐久性的关系。结果表明:随着建筑垃圾再生骨料用量的增加,混凝土砌块强度明显降低,吸水率增加,干表观密度、软化系数及抗冻性等性能均有所下降,取代率在50%以内时,再生混凝土空心砌块可以达到承重砌块的各项要求。
In order to explore the impact on different construction waste content to the quality of the concrete block,five replace rates of recycled aggregate to natural aggregate are set in the experiment. The relations betwen concrete block's physical properties,mechanical properties and durability in each value are studied in this paper. The value of recycled aggregate to natural aggregate impacts the strength of the block a lot. With the increase of the replace rate of recycled aggregate to natural aggregate,the bibulous of block will rise and the apparent density,strength,softening coefficient and the frost resistance of block will be reduced. The experiment results show that the recycled concrete block can be used as bearing block within 50% replace rate.
