庆阳市水资源可持续利用发展研究

A Study on Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Qingyang City

当下,随着我国经济的发展,社会的进步,水资源问题己经十分突出,水资源的匮乏已经成为制约我国社会经济发展的主要因素之一。庆阳市是我国水资源最为短缺的地区之一,也是水环境污染最为严重、环境条件最为恶劣的地区之一。降雨量偏少导致可利用的水资源不足,水资源不足和污染物的大量排放又加剧了水环境的污染,导致了本来就脆弱的生态环境更加恶化,这严重地影响了庆阳市的可持续发展。随着社会主义现代化建设事业的快速发展,庆阳市的城市化步伐也在加快。无论是原有城市的扩大还是乡村城镇化,带来的一个突出问题就是水资源消耗变得更为集中,使水资源不足的矛盾增大,水环境污染问题更加严重。通过对庆阳市水资源调查分析,结合国内外对水资源可持续发展最新研究成果,充分挖掘庆阳市水资源短缺的深层原因,得出水资源合理利用的措施及途径。为我国水资源发展利用提供一定的方法,为有效维护我国用水稳定有序发展起到一定的作用,促进我国经济社会安定有序的发展。

With the development of our country's economy and the progress of the society,the problem of water resources has become very prominent. Water scarcity has become one of the major factors restricting China's social and economic development. Qingyang is not only the most severe shortage of water resources in our region,but the most serious water pollution as well as the worst environmental conditions.Less rainfall results in a lack of available water resources and water shortage and a large discharge of pollution exacerbate the pollution of water environment and cause the already fragile ecological environment worse,which seriously affects the region sustainable development. With the rapid development of China's socialist modernization,the pace of urbanization of Qingyang is accelerating. Whether it is the expansion of the original city or rural urbanization,one of the outstanding problems it brings is that water consumption has become more concentrated which accelerates the contradiction between the shortage of water resources and the increase of water consumption. Through the investigation and analysis of water resource in Qingyang,by using water resources sustainable development of the latest research reasons of the shortage of water resources then concluded preventive measures and counter measures. This paper provides some methods of water resources development which plays a role for the effective maintenance of a stable and orderly development of water to promote stable and orderly development of China's economy and society.
