正方晶格中韧性位错(扭结)的传播

摘要 基于欠阻尼二维Frenkel-Kontorova模型,研究了韧性位错的传播问题。当α=1时,代表着一排原子插入在晶格中,得到位错的传播距离随着时间的增大先增大后开始趋于平稳。同时也得到温度与最大传播距离的关系:而当温度较低时,最大传播距离则会随温度的增加而增加;当温度较高时,最大传播距离随温度的增加而减少。 Based on the under-damped two-dimensional Frenkel-Kontorova model,the propagation of ductile dislocations is studied.At that time,a row of atoms were inserted into the lattice,and the propagation distance of dislocations increased first and then became stable with the increase of time.The relationship between temperature and maximum propagation distance is also obtained:when the temperature is low,the maximum propagation distance increases with the increase of temperature;when the temperature is high,the maximum propagation distance decreases with the increase of temperature.
