基于多层次灰色模型的无水港发展水平综合评价研究

Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation of Dry Port Development Level Based on Multi-level Grey Model

伴随着国家级顶层合作倡议'一带一路'的提出,'一带一路'建设也会影响世界贸易的格局,尤其是新陆上丝绸之路经济带的搭建,使得我国的无水港建设和发展迎来新的契机,但是也带来了新挑战。采用多层次灰色模型分析无水港的发展水平,对更加科学合理地评价无水港的发展水平问题具有一定的借鉴意义。以武夷山无水港为案例,结合'一带一路'倡议定位,采用多层次灰色理论分析武夷山无水港的发展水平,根据武夷山无水港的发展现状和存在的问题,提出武夷山无水港未来的建设发展的对策。

Along with the proposal of the national top-level Cooperation Initiative'One Belt and One Road',and the construction of'One Belt and One Road'will also affect the pattern of world trade.especially the construction of the new Silk Road Economic Belt on the new land,which brings new opportunities for the construction and development of the dry port,but it also brings new challenges.Using multilevel gray model to analyze the development level of dry port has certain reference significance for more scientific and reasonable evaluation of the development level of dry ports.According to the actual situation of dry port in Wuyishan,combined with the strategic orientation of'One Belt and One Road',the development level of Wuyishan dry port is analyzed by the multilevel gray theory.According to the present situation and existing problems of Wuyishan dry port,the Countermeasures for the future construction and development of Wuyishan dry port are put forward.
