Narrow Linewidth, High Spectral Purity Operation of a XeCl-Excimer-Laser-Pumped Dye Laser

研制了窄带、高光谱纯度的染料激光器振荡一前置放大系统。用XeCl准分子激光器作为泵浦源,对此系统的振荡器部分的性能与参数进行了测试和分析。

The dye laser oscillator-preamplifier system with narrow bandwidth and high spectralpurity is studied and made out. The XeCl excimer laser is used to pump the system. Theparameters on the oscillator of the system are measured and analysed.
