摘要
目的 :研究结直肠癌术后早期肠内营养的临床疗效及安全性、可行性。方法 :将 2 0例结直肠癌患者在术后 2 4 h给予能全力肠内营养 ,整个过程将持续 10 d。肠内制剂的投入通过鼻肠管或空肠造瘘管。结果 :术后第 7天均转入正氮平衡 ,白蛋白术前 (34.1± 3.5 ) g/ L,术后第 7天 (33.8± 3.8) g/ L,前白蛋白术前 (0 .2 3± 0 .0 2 ) g/ L,术后第 7天 (0 .2 5±0 .0 3) g/ L;肝功能转氨酶 ,胆红素无明显变化 ;肠蠕动恢复时间 (2 .3± 0 .5 ) d,无并发症。结论 :1结直肠癌术后早期(2 4 h内 )提供肠内营养是安全有效的。 2促进肠功能恢复快 ,对肝功能影响小。
Objective:To study the clinical effect,safety and feasibility of early postoperative enteral nutrition after colorectalectomy .Methods:Twenty patients received enteral nutrition for 10 days with Nutrition Fibre through naso jejunal tubevs or jejual stomy tubes. The enteral feeding was started within the first 24 hours postoperatively.Results:The serum albumin, prealbumin and transferrin concentrations were markedly increased on the 7th day after operation while the patients returned to positive nitrogen balance.There were less disturbance on liver function.Conclusion:The early posoperative enteral nutrition is an effective,safe,economic and easily performed treatment which is well received by on the patients undergoing colorectal surgery .
