中西医结合治疗中、重度呼吸衰竭临床研究

Clinical Observation on Therapy of Combined TCM and WM on Respiratory Failure of Morderate or Severe Degree

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗中、重度呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法 将80例中、重度呼吸衰竭患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上结合中医综合疗法;观察主要症状、体征、肺功能、血气分析及白细胞总数变化。结果 治疗组总有效率80.00％,优于对照组的66.67％;其血气分析、通气功能及主要体征等的改善情况亦优于对照组。结论 中西医结合治疗中、重度呼吸衰竭疗效优于西医常规治疗者。

Objective:To observe theraputic effect of combined TCM and WM on respiratory failure of mordaerate or severe degree. Methods: 80 patients were divided randomly into trea-ment group ( n = 50) and controlled group ( n = 30) . Patients in controlled group were given the usual therapies (WM), and patients in treatment group were given the seam with the addition of combination treament of TCM. The changes of main symptoms, signs, levels of pulmonary sequestration, results of blood gas analysis and the sum total of leukocytes were observed. Results: The total effective rate and main indicatios of treatment group was superior to those of controlled group. Conclusion: Treating respiratory failure of morderate or severe degree by Therapy of combined Tcm and WM is superior to by pure therapy of WM.
