摘要
目的 观察不同 p H值对有机氯和无机氯消毒剂消毒效果的影响。方法 对染有枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞(ATCC9372 )的器械与物品进行消毒前后采样 ,用悬液定量杀灭实验检测不同含氯消毒剂不同酸碱性条件下对微生物杀灭效果。结果 次氯酸钠消毒剂在 p H值 4 .5~ 9.5的变化中 ,对物生物的杀灭率从 99.9%下降至5 3.6 % ;而有机氯的杀灭率只下降 0 .0 3%。结论 酸碱性对无机含氯消毒剂消毒效果的影响较大 ,而对建立有排除酸碱性干扰功能的有机含氯消毒剂影响甚微。
OBJECTIVE To study the germicidal effect of organic chlorine and inorganic chlorine disinfectant under condition of different PH values. METHODS To take samples from the equipment and material which are purposely contaminated with bacterial spore (ATCC9372) to be disinfected before and after disinfecting them. To use experiment of suspension quantitatively disinfecting test germicidal effect according to the different disinfectant containing chlorine and the values of acidity alkalinity. RESULTS Germicidal effect of the sodium hypochloric disinfectant reduces by 99.0% to 53.6%, whereas organic chlorine disinfectant drop off only 0.03% over a wide pH range of 4.5 9.5.CONCLUSIONS Evaluated by clinical disinfection process, the effect of which the acidity alkalinity affects disinfectant containing chlorine, the acidity alkalinity has a stronger inhibitive effect on germicidal effect of inorganic chlorine disinfectant, but hardly has the effect on organic chlorine disinfectant established system of eliminating the interference of acidity alkalinity.
