纤维喉镜病原菌污染调查及消毒管理

Contamination of Pathogenic Bacteria of Fiber Laryngoscopes and Their Disinfection

目的 了解纤维喉镜污染情况 ,同时对受检者进行追踪调查 ,了解患者的感染情况。方法 采集标本 6 2份 ,对 5 0份合格标本进行培养。结果 使用后的纤维喉镜均存在严重污染 ,并有较多细菌 ,除了有鼻咽部分布的正常菌群外 ,还有较多的致病菌 ;侵入性操作对人体有一定损伤 ,本组大部分患者均有不同程度的症状 ,其中有两例发生了医院感染。结论 只有正确的应用消毒灭菌方法 ,才能保证消毒灭菌质量 ;定期监测纤维喉镜 ,以了解病原菌与医院感染的关系 ,防止侵入性操作引起的医源性医院感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To ascertain causes of contamination of fiber laryngoscopes by monitoring pathogenic bacteria and identify patients′ infections by investigating examinees.METHODS The used fiber laryngoscopes have been found seriously contaminated when 50 qualified specimens out of 62 samples were put under culturing. RESULTS Many bacteria, even disease giving germs,as well as the normal flora from the region of nasopharynx have been found on them. Invasive manipulation resulted in physical impairment. Most of the patients had symptoms with different extents and there were two cases of nosocomial infection.CONCLUSIONS Disinfection can be guaranteed when correct methods are adopted. Nosocomial infections caused by invasive manipulation can be prevented if fiber laryngoscopes are monitored at regular intervals and the relation between pathogenic bacteria and nosocomial infection can be identified.
