The Causal Analysis of Delayed diagnosis and Misdiagnosis in Children with Helicobacter Pylori Infection

目的 分析儿童幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染延误诊断原因 ,以期引起临床医师的重视。方法 回顾性分析近 2 a来确诊的 12 6例 Hp感染儿童的临床资料。结果 全部病例主要症状均有 0 .5 a以上 ,既往至少就诊 3次以上。Hp感染儿童的临床表现差异很大 ,部分患儿有心理行为问题。结论 应提高对 Hp感染的认识。详细采集病史 ,结合体检及实验室检查 ,可提高 Hp感染诊断率。

Objective To analyse the causes of delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in children with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and to raise the attention of pediatricians.Methods 126 cases with Hp infections admitted in recent 2 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results The symptoms of all children lasted more than 6 months.They had seen doctors at least 3 times.The symptoms did not only relate to the digestive system.Some were psychological or behavioral symptoms.Conclusions Pediatricians should analyze the children's data of the history,clinical manifestation and laboratory results in order to improve the diagnosis. Helicobacter infections/diagnosis;Helicobacter phlori;Child;Diagnostic errorsTHZ]Methods Methods Thirty women diagnosed as early-pregnancy received,proceeding custodial including withdrawal to check TORCH,regular pre-natal examination,mutrition health guidance,listening pre-natal influence music-tape and VCD,hot-telephone counseling,reading the booklet about pregnancy knowledge,and so on.After delivery,the neonate's weight,Apgar score,20 kinds of score about neonate's behavior were recorded and compared with control group.Results ①Neonate's weight of test group was significantly higher than that of control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).②20 kinds of score about neonate's nerve behavior in test group was significantly higher than that in contorl group too.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Custodial and pre-natal influence contribute to fetus' growth,neonate's weight,cerebrum's growth.Particularly,music pre-natal influence can make infant have satisfactory sensory function when he was born.This method is convenient and worth popularing and application extensively.
