“元氏位按压法”治疗胸背疼痛147例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Yuan' s Acupressure Method Treating 147 Patients with Thoracic Vertedral Pain in the Back

目的 观察以“元氏位按压法”取胸部任脉、肾、胃经穴治疗胸椎骨、关节及背部筋膜疾病所致胸背疼痛的疗效。方法 采用“元氏位按压法”治疗胸背疼痛患者147例。结果 本方法对疼痛分型属轻型者疗效最佳,中型、重型次之;病程的长短与疗效呈反比。结论“元氏位按压法”治疗本类疼痛,简便易行,安全有效,有实用价值。

Objective:To in vestigate Yuan' s Acupressure Method using acupoints of Ren, Kidney, and Stomach meridians to treat thoracic vertebral pain in the back. Methods: 147 cases of thoracie vertebral pain in th back were treatd with Yuan' s Acupressure Method. Results:The cases of thoracic vertebral pain studied were categorized into: mild, moderate and severe types based on symptoms and signs presented, and the success of the therapy was in inverse propotion to the time of course of disease. Conclusion: Thoracic vertebral pain in the back treated with Yuan' s Acupressure Method, for its simplicity and feasibility, is higly useful and valuable.
