对大枣的现代化学及药理研究进行综述。大枣具有免疫兴奋作用、抗氧化及抗衰老作用、抗肿瘤作用。
This paper gives a summary of the chemical and pharmacological study of jujube. Jujube has the functions of immunity excitation, anti oxidation, anti senility, anti tumor, anti mutation, and anti allergic reaction.
