摘要 目的 :分析LASIK治疗近视术后发生视网膜脱离的临床特征和处理原则。方法 :回顾性分析LASIK术后发生视网膜脱离的 3只眼 (3例患者 )。结果 :术前平均屈光度(等值球镜 ,下同 )为 - 9.3D (范围 - 7.37~ - 11.5 0D)。LASIK与网脱发生的间隔时间为 0 .5~ 2 6个月 (平均 11.8个月 )。视网膜裂孔类型和数目 :1例为马蹄形 ,1个 ;1例为锯齿缘断离 ;1例为小圆形裂孔 ,3个。裂孔位置 :3例均在赤道部前方 ,3例通过一次手术后即成功复位。结论 :具有视网膜病变的高度近视病人在LASIK术后易发生视网膜脱离。 Objective:To report the clinical characteristics,surgical management and outcome of retinal detachment following laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) in myopic patients.Methods:Three eyes of 3 myopic patients with retinal detachment who had previously undergone LASIK surgery were analyzed and reviewed retrospectively.Results:Mean spherical equivalent refractive error was -9.33 D(ranging from -7.37 D to -11.50 D) before surgery. The interval of time between the LASIK procedure and the development of retinal detachment varied from 0.5 months to 26 months(11.8 months). All 3 patients had retinal breaks. Retinal breaks included the following types:1 patient with horseshoe tears,1 patient with a giant retinal tear and 1 patient with three holes. Retinal breaks were located anterior to the equator in all 3 patients. Retinal reattachment was achieved in a single surgical procedure in each 3 eye.Conclusion:This study suggests the possible association between retinal detachment and LASIK procedure in patients with high myopia. Clinicians should be aware of retinal pathology predisposing patients to retinal detachment when undergoing LASIK.
