Making Full Use of Medical Record Information to Serve for Hospital Operation and Management in the New Period.

作为医疗工作信息主要来源的病案 ,在医院经营管理中已显示出它越来越重要的作用和其它信息不可替代的地位。加强病案信息的利用 ,对确保医院经营管理的正常运转 ,促进医疗诊治水平的提高 ,加强管理决策的针对性、时效性和有效性起到了举足轻重的作用。信息利用得好就可以提高医院的综合效益 ,同时也体现了病案信息资源的深层次应用以及在应用过程中所产生的对促进医院管理机制转变、增进病案作为医院内涵建设的功效等方面的作用 ,尤其是更广泛而深入地影响了医院经营管理决策中的创新意识。

As the main source of medical work information, medical record plays a more and more important role and has an irreplaceable status. Strengthening use of medical record information is important for ensuring normal operation of hospital, advancing improvement of the quality of medical service and strengthening limitation and validity of management decision-making. If the information is used well, it would not only improve hospital comprehensive benefits, but also embody that medical record information is applied in deep level and its influences on promoting change of hospital management mechanism and reinforcing effect of medical record as hospital intension construction, especially on innovative cognition of decision-making of hospital operation and management.
