摘要
目的 探讨失眠症患者的多导睡眠图(PSG)改变及应对措施。方法 对29例失眠症患者和22例正常人进行整夜多导睡眠图(PSG)描记并比较,同时对失眠患者指导实施应对措施。结果 失眠症患者有睡眠潜伏期(SL)显著延长,睡眠效率(SE)明显降低,觉醒次数(AT)增多,实际睡眠时间(TST)减少,自我评估与实际睡眠时间相差较大。结论 失眠症患者应采取应对措施,改变睡眠结构,提高睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the change of polysomnography(PSG) and corresponding coping measures. Method All-night PSG scanning and recording followed by comparison were implemented for 29 patients with insomnia and 22 normal persons. Coping measures were taken accordingly. Result The sleep latent period(SL) of the patients with insomnia was significantly extended,with obviously reduced sleep effect(SE) .increased number of awaken times,decreased total sleep time(TST) and a great gap between self- estimated and actual sleep time. Conclusion Measures should be taken to varify patients' sleep structure and improve their sleep quality.
