强迫症的MMPI测试结果分析

Analysis on MMPI Test Results of obsessional Neurosis.

目的 了解强迫症的人格特征,为临床心理干预提供参考依据。方法 采用MMPI量表对40例强迫症患者进行测试,与中国常模对照。结果 强迫症的MMPI量表中,男性患者L、HS、D、Hy、Pd、Mf、Pa、Pt、Sc、Si量表高于常模,女性患者F、Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma高于常模。结论 强迫症的发生具有其个性基础。

Objective To study the personality characteristics associated with obsessional neurosis and collect reference data for clinical psychological intervention. Method 40 patients were tested with MMPI and then contrasted with Chinese normals. Result The MMPI testing showed that for the male patients.their scores were higher than the normal regarding L. HS,D,Hy,Pd,Mf,Pa,Pt,Sc and Si.while the female got higher scores than the normal for F,Hs,D,Hy ,Pd,Pa,Pt ,Sc and Ma. Conclusion Obsessional neurosis has its personality foundation.
